       Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 247 - 250
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) “Merchandise” means noncash prizes, including toys and
    6  novelties and excluding alcoholic beverages, provided the cost
    7  value of the merchandise, certificate, gift card from a retail
    8  store, or prize awarded in exchange for points or coupons does
    9  not exceed 75 cents on any game played.
