       The Committee on Health Policy (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 21
    4  and insert:
    5  fee for a military veteran who applies to the department for an
    6  initial license within 24 months after being honorably
    7  discharged from any branch of the United States Armed Forces.
    8  The applicant must apply for the fee waiver using a form
    9  prescribed by the department and must submit supporting
   10  documentation as required by the department. To qualify for
   11  these waivers, the veteran must be
