       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 634 and 635
    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsection (3) is added to section 586.15,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         586.15 Penalty for violation.—
    8         (3) In addition to the penalties provided in this section
    9  and in chapter 500, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer
   10  Services may collect costs related to enforcing prohibitions
   11  against the adulteration or misbranding of honey. All costs
   12  shall be deposited into the General Inspection Trust Fund.
