       The Committee on Transportation (Evers) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1385 and 1386
    4  insert:
    5         Section 21. Section 76 of chapter 2012-174, Laws of
    6  Florida, is repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 85 - 86
   11  and insert:
   12         of the permit for the sign; repealing s. 76 of ch.
   13         2012-174, L.O.F., authorizing the department to seek
   14         Federal Highway Administration approval of a tourist
   15         oriented commerce sign pilot program; directing the
   16         department to submit the approved pilot program for
   17         legislative approval; providing an effective date.
