       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 634 - 639
    4  and insert:
    5  essential information needed by the public. Local government
    6  review or approval is not required for a public information
    7  system owned or hereafter acquired, developed, or constructed by
    8  the water management district on its own property. A public
    9  information system is subject to exempt from the requirements of
   10  chapter 479. However, a public information system that is
   11  subject to the

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 33 - 34
   16  and insert:
   17         the Legislature for approval; amending s. 373.618,
   18         F.S.; deleting a provision that exempts public
   19         information systems operated by water management
   20         districts from review and approval by local
   21         governments; providing that such systems are subject
   22         to the requirements of ch. 479, F.S.; providing that
   23         certain public information
