    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 179 - 180
    4  and insert:

    6  fail to acknowledge the arrests covered by the expunged record,
    7  except when the subject of the record is a candidate for
    8  employment with a criminal justice agency or is a defendant in a
    9  criminal prosecution.
   10         (c) Subject to the exceptions in paragraph (b), a person
