       The Committee on Appropriations (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 412
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 7. Effective July 1, 2013, the sum of $99,275 in
    6  nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund
    7  to the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the programming
    8  costs associated with this act during the 2013-2014 fiscal year.
    9         Section 8. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   10  act, this act shall take effect January 1, 2014, except that,
   11  before March 1, 2014, the Department of Law Enforcement or any
   12  other criminal justice agency is not required to comply with an
   13  order to expunge a criminal history record as required by this
   14  act.
   15         Section 9. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013.

   18         And the title is amended as follows:
   19         Delete line 34
   20  and insert:
   21         made by the act; providing for an appropriation to the
   22         Department of Law Enforcement; providing that the
   23         department or any other criminal justice agency is not
   24         required to comply with certain requirements relating
   25         to expunging criminal history records until a
   26         specified date; providing effective dates.
