       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Braynon)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 13 - 15
    4  and insert:
    5  requirements for the provision of meals or snacks of a quality
    6  and quantity to assure that nutritional needs of the child are
    7  met. Such standards shall include at least the following
    8  requirements:
