       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (729062) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 147 - 157
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 27. Between July 1, 2013, and June 30, 2016, local
    7  governments may not adopt new ordinances to regulate
    8  nonagricultural fertilizer or its use. However, a local
    9  government may adopt by ordinance the Department of
   10  Environmental Protection’s Model Ordinance for Florida-Friendly
   11  Fertilizer Use on Urban Landscapes 2010.
