       Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government (Bradley)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 444 - 447
    4  and insert:
    5  information technology services. The work plan must be presented
    6  at a public hearing and approved by the Governor and Cabinet,
    7  and thereafter submitted to the President of the Senate and the
    8  Speaker of the House of Representatives. The work plan may be

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 13
   13  and insert:
   14         conforming provisions to changes made by the act;
   15         deleting the requirement that the department’s work
   16         plan be presented at a public hearing;
