       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (408884) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 2422
    4  and insert:
    5  with sub-subparagraph a. However, in territories located in a
    6  county where the corporation provides more than 75 percent of
    7  personal lines residential policies providing wind coverage,
    8  subparagraph 3. applies to all new personal lines residential
    9  policies written by the corporation in such territories.
