       Senator Simmons moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1582
    4  and insert:
    5  the premium for comparable coverage from the corporation. For
    6  renewal policies, the risk is not eligible for a policy issued
    7  by the corporation unless the premium for coverage from an
    8  authorized insurer is more than 5 percent higher than the
    9  premium for comparable coverage from the corporation. If the
