       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2879 and 2880
    4  insert:
    5         Section 18. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an
    6  insurer that writes auto insurance in this state must also write
    7  residential property insurance, of which at least 25 percent
    8  includes windstorm coverage.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 111
   13  and insert:
   14         appropriate reduction in premium; requiring automobile
   15         insurers in this state to also provide residential
   16         property insurance; providing effective dates.
