    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 395 and 396
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. (1) The amendments made by this act to ss.
    6  456.057, 766.106, and 766.1065, Florida Statutes, apply to
    7  causes of action accruing before, on, or after the effective
    8  date of this act.
    9         (2) The amendments made by this act to s. 766.102, Florida
   10  Statutes, apply to causes of action accruing on or after the
   11  effective date of this act.
