       Senator Lee moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 226
    4  and insert:
    5  legal representative consistent with the authorization for
    6  release of protected health information. This subparagraph does
    7  not require a claimant’s treating health care provider to submit
    8  to a request for an interview.

   13  and insert:
   14         informal discovery; providing that claimant’s treating
   15         health care provider is not obligated to provide an ex
