    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 74 - 79
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) Tax revenues received pursuant to this section by a
    6  coastal county that has a population of less than 250,000,
    7  excluding the inmate population, may also be used by that county
    8  to fund beach safety personnel and lifeguard operational
