       Senator Hukill moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 114 - 118
    4  and insert:
    5  collection and administration of the tax. If authorized by
    6  ordinance, the county may require that a return required to be
    7  filed with the county include, for each rental property, the
    8  names of the owners; the address of the property, including the
    9  unit number; the taxable rent; and the amount of tax payable.
