       The Committee on Appropriations (Hukill) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 313 and 314
    4  insert:
    5         Section 8. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) and paragraph
    6  (a) of subsection (3) of section 196.082, Florida Statutes, are
    7  repealed.
