       The Committee on Appropriations (Benacquisto) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 861 and 862
    4  insert:
    5         Section 18. For the 2013-2014 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $106,658 in recurring funds and $70,000 in nonrecurring funds
    7  from the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund and two full-time
    8  equivalent positions and associated salary rate of $72,936 are
    9  appropriated to the Department of Financial Services to
   10  implement the provisions of this act related to the registration
   11  of navigators.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 93
   16  and insert:
   17         repeal of this provision; providing an appropriation;
   18         providing effective dates.
