    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 126 - 429.

    6         And the title is amended as follows:
    7         Delete lines 2 - 38
    8  and insert:
    9         An act relating to the Florida Health Choices Program;
   10         amending s. 408.910, F.S.; revising eligibility
   11         requirements for the Florida Health Choices Program;
   12         revising the enrollment period for the initial
   13         selection of products and services for individual
   14         participants in the program; providing that the
   15         Florida Insurance Code is not applicable in certain
   16         circumstances; providing an effective date.
