       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (671936) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 126 - 429
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 2. For the 2013-2014 fiscal year, the sum of
    7  $900,000 in nonrecurring general revenue is appropriated to the
    8  Agency for Health Care Administration to fund the general
    9  administration and operations of the Florida Health Choices
   10  Program.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 2 - 38
   15  and insert:
   16         An act relating to the Florida Health Choices Program;
   17         amending s. 408.910, F.S.; revising eligibility
   18         requirements for the Florida Health Choices Program;
   19         revising the enrollment period for the initial
   20         selection of products and services for individual
   21         participants in the program; providing that the
   22         Florida Insurance Code is not applicable in certain
   23         circumstances; providing an appropriation; providing
   24         an effective date.
