    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (754392)

    3         Delete line 214
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) Of the funding appropriated under this section, $10
    6  million must be used to provide rental assistance to tenants who
    7  are extremely- low-income persons (ELI), as defined in s.
    8  420.0004, Florida Statutes, and $10 million must be used to
    9  provide rental assistance to tenants who are elderly, as defined
   10  in s. 420.0004, Florida Statutes.
   11         (5) Local governments may not use more than 3 percent of
