Electronic transmission of a policy 6 for commercial risks, including, but not limited to, workers’ 7 compensation and employers’ liability, commercial automobile 8 liability, commercial automobile physical damage, commercial 9 lines residential property, commercial nonresidential property, 10 farm owners insurance, and the types of commercial lines risks 11 set forth in s. 627.062(3)(d), constitutes delivery to the 12 insured or to the person entitled to delivery. The transmission 13 must include notice to the insured, or to the person entitled to 14 delivery, of his or her right to receive the policy via United 15 States mail rather than via electronic transmission.
