       The Committee on Rules (Sobel) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (123940) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 463
    5  and insert:
    6  provisions and requirements of this section. An applicant
    7  approved by the Legislature and subsequently certified by the
    8  department under this subsection that pledges the funds
    9  distributed under s. 212.20(6)(d)6.e. as debt service must enter
   10  into an agreement with the department to pay to the department
   11  an amount equal to the proceeds from the sale of any such bonds.
   12  Payment is due within one year after the last distribution is
   13  made, but may be made at any time before that date. Payments
   14  must be deposited into the General Revenue Fund.

   19  and insert:
