       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Hukill) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 121 - 132
    4  and insert:
    5         c. Any independent evaluations of the company;
    6         d. The latest audit of the company’s financial statement
    7  and the related auditor’s management letter; and
    8         e. Any other types of reports that are related to the
    9  internal controls or management of the company.
   10         (c)1. If the department grants a waiver under paragraph
   11  (b), the incentives contract or agreement must provide for
   12  securing the award amount in one of the following forms:
   13         a. An irrevocable letter of credit issued by a financial
   14  institution, as defined in s. 655.005;
