       The Committee on Judiciary (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (761160)

    3         Delete line 279
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6  pursuant to paragraph (a) or this paragraph, so long as the
    7  complaint in the eviction action specifies the date, time,
    8  place, and specific facts of the alleged subsequent non
    9  compliance so as to allow the tenant to be able to be aware of
   10  the allegations against the tenant and to prepare a defense. The
   11  notice shall be
