    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         In the directory clause, delete lines 47 - 48
    4  and insert:
    5  Section 1. Retroactive to January 1, 2013, subsection (4) of
    6  section 198.13, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
