       The Committee on Appropriations (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 139 - 141
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) That has a publicly available website shall provide on
    6  that website:
    7         1. The plan’s most recent financial statement and actuarial
    8  valuation, including a link to the Division of Retirement
    9  Actuarial Summary Fact Sheet for that plan.
   10         2. For the previous 5 years, beginning with 2013, a side
   11  by-side comparison of the plan’s assumed rate of return compared
   12  to the actual rate of return, as well as the percentages of
   13  cash, equity, bond, and alternative investments in the plan
   14  portfolio.
   15         3. Any charts and graphs of the data provided in
   16  subparagraphs 1. and 2., presented in a standardized, user
   17  friendly, and easily interpretable format as prescribed by the
   18  department.
