       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Braynon) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 32 - 34
    4  and insert:
    5  public facility or public property that is made available by a
    6  governmental entity to a legislator for a public purpose,
    7  regardless of whether the governmental entity is required to
    8  register
    9

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 4 - 8
   13  and insert:
   14         term “expenditure” to exclude the use of a public
   15         facility or public property that is made available by
   16         a governmental entity to a legislator for a public
   17         purpose, to exempt such use from legislative lobbying
   18         requirements;
