       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 65 - 66
    4  and insert:
    5  England as described in s. 2.01; any laws of the Native American
    6  tribes in this state; or any law, legal code, or system of a
    7  jurisdiction outside of the United States, which, through
    8  application of conflict of laws principles, permits the use of
    9  United States law, federal or state, in proceedings before that
   10  jurisdiction’s courts, administrative bodies, or other formal or
   11  informal tribunals.
