       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 727 and 728
    4  insert:
    5         (b)1. The supervisor shall designate each early voting site
    6  by no later than the 30th day before prior to an election and
    7  shall designate an early voting area, as defined in s. 97.021,
    8  at each early voting site. The supervisor shall provide to the
    9  division no later than the 30th day before an election the
   10  address of each early voting site and the hours that early
   11  voting will occur at each site.
   12         2. Notwithstanding subparagraph 1., the Secretary of State
   13  may approve additional early voting sites for use in an election
   14  at the supervisor’s request if the site meets the requirements
   15  specified in paragraph (a).
