       Senator Bean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 32
    4  and insert:
    5  pay to the department the following nonrefundable fees, and
    6  these fees must be deposited into the Emergency Medical Services
    7  Trust Fund to be applied solely for salaries and expenses of the
    8  department incurred in implementing and enforcing this part:
    9
