       The Committee on Health Policy (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 34
    4  and insert:
    5         (oo) Introducing oneself with the title of Doctor by a
    6  person licensed under chapter 464 while rendering health care
    7  services without orally disclosing that the licensee is a nurse
    8  practitioner, doctor of nursing practice or the corresponding
    9  appropriate title that corresponds with the person’s license.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 5 - 8
   14  and insert:
   15         introducing themselves as “Doctor” when rendering health
   16  care; providing an effective date.
