    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 2123 and 2124
    4  insert:
    5         Section 53. Sections 13 through 15 of this act shall apply
    6  to the 2013 insurance premium tax year.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 231
   11  and insert:
