       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2123 and 2124
    4  insert:
    5         Section 53. The rules adopted by the Financial Services
    6  Commission to establish the format for the notice of the
    7  estimated premium impact of the federal Patient Protection and
    8  Affordable Care Act pursuant to s. 627.410, Florida Statutes, as
    9  amended by Senate Bill 1842 or House Bill 7155, or similar
   10  legislation adopted in the same legislative session or an
   11  extension thereof, are not subject to s. 120.541(3).

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 231
   16  and insert:
   17         associations; providing that certain rules relating to
   18         the implementation of the Patient Protection and
   19         Affordable Care Act are exempted from certain
   20         requirements of ch. 120, F.S.; providing effective
   21         dates.
