       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Thrasher) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (141414) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 30 - 33
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) A craft distillery licensed under this section may sell
    6  to consumers, at its souvenir gift shop, spirits distilled on
    7  its premises in this state in factory-sealed containers that are
    8  filled at the distillery for off-premises consumption. Such
    9  sales are authorized
