       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 211 - 216
    4  and insert:
    5         7. Licensees initially approved before October 1, 2013,
    6  seeking renewal must submit fingerprints for each person listed
    7  in subparagraph (a)3. for live-scan processing pursuant to this
    8  paragraph. Such fingerprints must be submitted before the office
    9  may renew licenses set to expire between April 30, 2014, and
   10  December 31, 2015.
   11         (d)3. A copy of the applicant’s written anti-money
   12  laundering program required under 31 C.F.R. s. 103.125.
   13         (e)4. Within the time allotted by rule, any information
   14  needed to resolve any deficiencies found in the application.
   15         Section 5. Subsections (1) and (2) of section 560.143,
   16  Florida Statutes, are amended to read
   17         560.143 Fees.—
   18         (1) LICENSE APPLICATION FEES.—The applicable non-refundable
   19  fees must accompany an application for licensure:
   20         (a) Part II.........................................$375.
   21         (b) Part III........................................$188.
   22         (c) Per branch office................................$38.
   23         (d) For each location of an authorized
   24  vendor......................................................$38.
   25         (e) Declaration as a deferred presentment
   26  provider.................................................$1,000.
   27         (f) Fingerprint retention fees as prescribed by rule.
   28         (g) License application fees for branch offices and
   29  authorized vendors are limited to $20,000 when such fees are
   30  assessed as a result of a change in controlling interest as
   31  defined in s. 560.127.
   32         (2) LICENSE RENEWAL FEES.—The applicable non-refundable
   33  license renewal fees must accompany a renewal of licensure:
   34         (a) Part II.........................................$750.
   35         (b) Part III........................................$375.
   36         (c) Per branch office................................$38.
   37         (d) For each location of an authorized
   38  vendor......................................................$38.
   39         (e) Declaration as a deferred presentment
   40  provider.................................................$1,000.
   41         (f) Renewal fees for branch offices and authorized vendors
   42  are limited to $20,000 biennially.
   43         (g) Fingerprint retention fees as prescribed by rule.

   46         And the title is amended as follows:
   47         Delete lines 20 - 22
   48  and insert:
   49         language; amending s. 560.143, F.S.; revising license
   50         application fees to include fingerprint retention fees
   51         as prescribed by rule; providing effective dates.
