       The Committee on Health Policy (Sobel) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 909 - 915
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) A list of the facility’s violations including, for each
    6  violation:
    7         1. A summary of the violation that is presented in a manner
    8  understandable by the general public;
    9         2. Any sanctions imposed by final order; and
   10         3. A summary of any corrective action taken by the
   11  facility.
   12         (c) Links to inspection reports that the agency has on
   13  file.
