       Senator Stargel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 276 and 277
    4  insert:
    5         (51) “Resale transfer agreement” means a contract or other
    6  agreement between a person offering timeshare interest transfer
    7  services and a consumer timeshare reseller in which the person
    8  offering timeshare interest transfer services agrees to provide
    9  the services described in s. 721.17(3).
   10         (52) “Timeshare interest transfer services” means any good
   11  or service relating to an offer or agreement to transfer
   12  ownership of a consumer resale timeshare interest, or
   13  assistance, or a promise of assistance, in connection with the
   14  transfer of ownership of a consumer resale timeshare interest,
   15  as described in s. 721.17. The term does not include resale
   16  advertising services as provided in this chapter.
