Full implementation of online assessments for 6 Next Generation Sunshine State Standards in English/language 7 arts and mathematics adopted under s. 1003.41, Florida Statutes, 8 for all kindergarten through grade 12 public school students 9 shall occur only after the technology infrastructure, 10 connectivity, and capacity of all public schools and school 11 districts have been load tested and independently verified as 12 ready for successful deployment and implementation. 13 Section 5. The technology infrastructure, connectivity, and 14 capacity of all public schools and school districts that 15 administer statewide standardized assessments pursuant to s. 16 1008.22, Florida Statutes, including online assessments, shall 17 be load tested and independently verified as appropriate, 18 adequate, efficient, and sustainable. 19 Section 6.
