       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (301346)

    3         Delete lines 385 - 393
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The supervisor may accept a written or telephonic
    6  request for an absentee ballot to be mailed to an elector’s
    7  address on file in the Florida Voter Registration System from
    8  the elector, or, if directly instructed by the elector, a member
    9  of the elector’s immediate family, or the elector’s legal
   10  guardian; if the ballot is requested to be mailed to an address
   11  other than the elector’s address on file in the Florida Voter
   12  Registration System, the request must be made in writing and
   13  signed by the elector. However, an absent uniformed service
   14  voter or an overseas voter seeking an absentee ballot is not
   15  required to submit a signed, written request for an absentee
   16  ballot that is being mailed to an address other than the
   17  elector’s address on file in the Florida Voter Registration
