       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (301346) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 1150 and 1151
    5  insert:
    6         (3) The restrictions in subsection (2) do not prohibit an
    7  administrator of a nursing home, assisted living facility, adult
    8  family-care home, or any other similar residential adult care
    9  facility from distributing, ordering, requesting, collecting,
   10  delivering, or otherwise physically possessing more than two
   11  absentee ballots of residents of the facility per election.
