       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (301346) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 40 - 50
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 3. Section 100.032, Florida Statutes, is created to
    7  read:
    8         100.032 Election preparation report; general election.—Each
    9  supervisor of elections must submit a report to the county
   10  commission of the county in which he or she serves at least 3
   11  months before a general election which outlines preparations for
   12  the upcoming general election. The report must include, at a
   13  minimum, the following elements: the anticipated staffing levels
   14  during the early voting period, on election day, and after
   15  election day; and the anticipated amount of automatic tabulating
   16  equipment at each early voting site and polling place. Each
   17  supervisor of elections shall also post such report on the
   18  supervisor of elections’ official website.

   21         And the title is amended as follows:
   22         Delete lines 1166 - 1168
   23  and insert:
   24         each supervisor of elections to submit a report to his
   25         or her county commission at least 3 months before a
   26         general election; specifying the content of the
   27         report; requiring that such report be posted on the
   28         supervisor’s website;
