On Page: 004             Transfers $1,150,000 of nonrecurring Educational 
                         Enhancement Trust Funds from State Board of 
Spec App:   12           Education Technology Services to provide $400,000 to 
                         the University of Central Florida for the Lou Frey 
                         Institute of Politics and Government; $500,000 to 
                         the Center for Ethics and Professionalism and 
                         $250,000 to the Center for Leadership at Florida 
                         International University.
