House Comm: FAV . 03/21/2013 . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability (Ring) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments) 2 3 Between lines 109 and 110 4 insert: 5 (13) OTHER-PERSONAL-SERVICES EMPLOYEES (OPS).— 6 (a) Each agency or other entity that participates in the 7 state group insurance program shall provide information to the 8 department on each of its employees regardless of whether the 9 employee participates in the program. Such information must 10 include the name of the employee, number of hours worked by the 11 employee, and any other information determined by the department 12 to be necessary to determine the eligibility of the employee to 13 participate in the program.
