Senator Montford moved the following:
1 Senate Amendment to Amendment (218538) (with title
2 amendment)

4 Delete line 3604
5 and insert:
6 and aquaculture development law enforcement and quality control
7 programs.
8 (e) After all administrative costs are funded and the
9 distributions in paragraphs (a)-(d) have been made, up to
10 $400,000 shall be transferred by the Department of Highway
11 Safety and Motor Vehicles to the General Inspection Trust Fund
12 of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund
13 activities relating to the protection, restoration, and research
14 of the natural oyster reefs and beds of the state. This
15 paragraph expires July 1, 2017.
16 (f) After all administrative costs are funded and the
17 distributions in paragraphs (a)-(d) have been made, up to
18 $300,000 may be used by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation
19 Commission for boating safety education. This paragraph expires
20 July 1, 2017.
