       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (740626) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 211 and 212
    5  insert:
    6         Section 4. Subsection (5) of section 125.42, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         125.42 Water, sewage, gas, power, telephone, other utility,
    9  and television lines along county roads and highways.—
   10         (5) In the event of widening, repair, or reconstruction of
   11  any such road, the licensee shall move or remove such water,
   12  sewage, gas, power, telephone, and other utility lines and
   13  television lines at no cost to the county should they be found
   14  by the county to be unreasonably interfering, except as provided
   15  in s. 337.403(1)(d)-(i)337.403(1)(e).

   25         unreasonably interfering with the widening, repair, or
