       The Committee on Health Policy (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 50
    4  and insert:

    6  one not-for-profit corporation with more than 30 years’

   13         authorizing, subject to appropriation, enrollment
   14         slots for the program in such counties; requiring the
   15         Agency for Health Care Administration to contract with
   16         a certain organization to provide services under the
   17         federal Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly
   18         in Alachua, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie,
   19         Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Putnam,
   20         Suwannee, and Union counties; providing an exemption
   21         from ch. 641, Florida Statutes, for the organization;
   22         authorizing, subject to appropriation, enrollment
   23         slots for the program in such
