       The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 280 - 286
    4  and insert:
    5  outside this the state of Florida if:
    6         1. the provider's location is no more than 50 miles from
    7  the Florida state line,
    8         2. the provider is a physician actively licensed in this
    9  state and interprets diagnostic testing results through
   10  telecommunications and information technology provided from a
   11  distance, or
   12         3. the agency determines a need for that provider type to
   13  ensure adequate access to care; or
