       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 679
    4  and insert:
    5  limitation does not apply to Medicaid cost report audits and
    6  does not preclude consideration by the agency of addenda or
    7  modifications to a note if the addenda or modification is made
    8  before the notification of the audit and is germane to a note
    9  that was made contemporaneously with a patient care episode.
